As a special industry, fireproof fabrics are used for special types of protection. FH-1 fireproof bag is made of silicone rubber coated glass fiber fabrics. It is a high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, high-strength glass fiber fabric. It has anti-aging performance, good elasticity and flexibility. It is resistant to ozone, oxygen, light and weather aging, and has excellent weather resistance and longevity. Up to 10 years, it also has high insulation performance, dielectric constant 3-3.2, breakdown voltage 20-50KV/MM, calendered or impregnated with silicone rubber. Fully meets the American CA117 fire protection standard and the British BS5852 fire protection standards.
American CA117 is a widely used one-time fire protection standard in the United States:
(1) The standard has been in use for 30 years. Because the standard has a greater practical value, it is planned to be promoted throughout the United States after some supplements have been completed.
(2) This standard is formulated based on actual conditions after fully studying the causes of fires, so it is more scientific. The test fire source is the cigarette simmering (smoldering) test, the imitating match ignition test, the index of the vertical burning, the butane gas burning test, and the imitating a certain amount of newspaper ignition test, which is similar to the actual foam fire scene.
British BS5852 fire protection standard:
BS5852 can be divided into two parts according to the release time-the first part released in 1979 mainly defines the test standards for No. 0 and No. 1 fire sources. At the same time, a 30-minute water immersion test must be passed before the test. -The flame retardant standard supplemented in 1990 defines the test standard for fire sources No. 2 to No. 7.

The biggest feature of glass fiber as a reinforcing material for reinforced plastics is its high tensile strength. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, friction resistance, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. The appearance is fibrous, soft, and can be processed into various fabrics. Because of its graphite microcrystalline structure along the fiber axis Preferential orientation, so it has high strength and modulus along the fiber axis direction. Carbon fiber has a low density, so its specific strength and specific modulus are high. The main purpose of carbon fiber is to compound with resin, metal, ceramics and carbon as a reinforcing material to make advanced composite materials. Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites have the highest specific strength and specific modulus among existing engineering materials.
Its specific gravity is less than 1/4 of steel. The tensile strength of carbon fiber resin composites is generally above 3500Mpa, which is 7-9 times that of steel. The tensile modulus of elasticity is 23000-43000Mpa, which is also higher than steel. The ratio of the strength of the material to its density can reach more than 2000Mpa/(g/cm3), while the specific strength of A3 steel is only about 59Mpa/(g/cm3), and its specific modulus is also higher than that of steel.
